Snowy Owl on Cocoa Brown

Snowy Owls fly in total silence......their thick puffy feathers buffer the air and produce no sound.  This snowy owl is dropping out of the sky to swoop on its prey.

Painted Rocks!

I've been getting ready for a local art show & workshop for Painted Rocks.   Painting on rocks is a unique medium that can be fairly labor intensive......requiring minute details using tiny brushes & alot of patience!  But each piece is a unique study with lots of character, and a great way to paint two dimensionally on a three dimensional surface.

This long legged foal is a spotted Leopard Appaloosa Horse, whose dark spots and patterns are individual and unique.

Whoa!  Everyone brake for this bright family of skunks!  Skunks have very striking coats.....they are easily recognizable with their universal warning colors!

Goats are nature's lawn mowers.....they are especially fond of thick grass and weed!  This festive herd of goats and kids with their floppy dog ears.......are busy mowing!

Fireball Monkeys

The Golden Lion Tamarin Monkey has a thick flamboyant coat that splays out of their faces and bodies....giving them an explosive look of being on fire!  I painted this family group on a bright spring green background.
