Spiced Snails Series 1

I LOVE snails......they're all in my fern garden......but in such dull colors......

So I painted Spiced Snails Series 1, a triptych of tiny snails (8x8 each)........except I spiced them up with gorgeous delightful colors!!

These snails are already spoken for...... but I will be painting more!   Look for tiny Spiced Snails and Slugs Series II !

Artist Market at Olney, MD

A BIG thank you to all the folks who came out to my tent at the Olney Artist & Farmer's Market last weekend.    I met so many wonderful people.....enjoyed talking to everyone!

Bison and Poppies on Lavender Skies

My latest commissioned painting, a 20x40 gallery wrap:  Bison and Poppies on Lavender Skies is a herd of gorgeous colored American Bison, one of my favorite animals to paint.   They are traveling along a lush landscape with profusion of poppy & wildflowers at their feet.  There is also a light turquoise-green baby calf!

My latest commissioned painting, a 22x28 gallery wrap:  Pink Penguin Plunge on Bluegrass is a group of flamboyant jazzy pink penguins crowding on an iceberg and plunging into a deep sea of bluegrass green!

Olney Farmers Market

I was invited to be part of the Olney Farmers and Artists Market in northern Montgomery County, MD.  There will be fresh produce, fresh meats and seafood, baked goods, natural honey, jams, flowers and plants, organic goods, and of course awesome artwork!!
